Curestitch COVID-19 Updates

As of 08/19/20, our shipping and fulfillment times have returned back to normal. 

This means that you can expect your package to arrive within the pre-COVID-19 shipping window. 

It's important to note that there may be ongoing delays within USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL, so make sure to check their COVID-19 shipping updates.  

Below are the updated 08/19/20 fulfillment and shipping estimates per item:

  • Apparel, Hats, & Tote Bags: Fulfilled in under 7 business days from date of order. 
  • Jewelry: Ships from a different location within 1-2 days of order placement.
  • Stickers and Mugs: Fulfilled within 2-5 business days from date of order.

Some of our products ship separately due to packaging differences. For example, hats will come in their own box, apparel will come in mailer bags, and jewelry arrives in a separate bubble mailer. This means you may receive your items in separate shipments with unique tracking numbers for each. However, if you order apparel only, you will receive one shipment.
